This easy-to-make dish is a delightful blend of three types of potatoes: Sweet Potato, White Sweet Potato (Batata), and Idaho Potato. It’s seasoned with our signature Paradise Blend and Smoked Paprika, then roasted to perfection. The result? A healthy side dish that’s so versatile, it’s perfect for dinner or even breakfast!

Ingredients:

1 Sweet Potato

1 White Sweet Potato (Batata)

1 Idaho Potato

2 tablespoons of Paradise Blend

1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika

2 tablespoons of Oil (of your choice)

2 sprigs of fresh Thyme

2 cloves of Garlic

1 sprig of fresh Rosemary


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  1. Wash and cut all three types of potatoes into bite-sized pieces. No need to peel them—the skins add extra texture and nutrition!

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, Paradise Blend, Smoked Paprika, and oil. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

  3. Add the fresh thyme, minced garlic, and rosemary to the bowl. Give it another toss to distribute the herbs evenly.

  4. Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and have a nice, golden color. Be sure to stir the potatoes halfway through to ensure even roasting.

  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
